FOUNDER, PRECISEGROWTH PARTNERS
Otwan started his career as a CPA, working with business owners on their finances and taxes. Over time, he came to understand not just the numbers, but what was driving them.
He could see where money was being made and where it was being lost. He also began to see how decisions were being made, where things were starting to break, and where growth was creating pressure the business was not built to handle.
Over time, the same pattern kept showing up.
From the outside, everything looked solid. Founders were building strong businesses and generating more revenue. Inside, it was a different reality. Structure was not keeping up, and the business depended on the founder more as it grew, not less. There was no one inside the business focused on putting the right structure in place to support what was coming next.
As Otwan built his own CPA firm, software company, and nonprofit, he experienced those same challenges firsthand.
Growth created opportunity, but it also created weight. More moving parts. More responsibility. More decisions that stayed with the founder.
That is where the problem became clear.
